Returns & Exchanges
For returns or exchanges related to our Quality Guarantee, Cariloha provides a one-year warranty against any manufacturer defects and will cover any shipping and handling costs for exchanges or replacements within that time period.
For returns or exchanges related to our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, or 100-Night Free Trial, the customer is responsible for covering the cost of shipping back to Cariloha Headquarters, and Cariloha will cover the cost of shipping product back to the customer for any exchanges or replacements.
Online purchases must be returned using the online form, or by contacting Cariloha’s Customer Service Team. Online orders cannot be returned or exchanged in a Cariloha retail showroom.
Follow these 3 steps to prepare your return:
Fill Out a Form
Enter your information into the electronic Return Form, and you will be emailed a confirmation email with a packing list.
Please use the original packaging or a strong, corrugated box. Include all products and the packing list, and pack and tape your package securely.
Please ship via (UPS) or insured Parcel Post. Once your items have been returned your exchange or refund will be completed.
Once the product is received, if an exchange was requested, a new item will arrive within 12 business days. Or, if a refund was requested, a credit for the merchandise will be issued to your credit card within 5 business days (less shipping fees).
*Please note the Cariloha Comfort Base is non-refundable.
