Mattress Return Policy

Try any of Cariloha’s comfortable, sustainable bamboo mattresses for a minimum of 30 days and, if you don't fall in love with them, you can return or exchange it within 100 days from the date of delivery. The 100-Night Free Trial limits each customer to using the sleep trial one time.

Comfort Base Return Policy

During the first year, Cariloha will repair or replace at no cost to the original purchaser any unexpected manufacturer defects, including all authorized labor and transportation costs. For more details regarding the manufacturer’s warranty, please visit our warranty page.

Other than manufacturing defects, if you’re unsatisfied with your Comfort Base within the first 100 days of delivery, contact us for a refund, minus a $100 restocking fee with a proof of purchase.

Bed Sheet Return Policy

If you’re not completely in love with your Cariloha bamboo bed sheets, they’re eligible for an exchange or return with a proof of purchase. The exchange/return must be requested within 30 days of delivery, and the item(s) must be sent back to our Corporate Headquarters. Any to-or-from transportation handling and costs are the responsibility of purchaser.

All Other Products

All other Cariloha bamboo product(s) are eligible for an exchange or return if the item(s) is still in its original packaging with a proof of purchase. The exchange/return must be requested within 30 days of delivery, and the item(s) must be sent back to our Corporate Headquarters. Any to-or-from transportation handling and costs are the responsibility of purchaser.

1-Year Limited Quality Warranty

Cariloha bamboo products have a long history of excellent quality and reliability. Our 1-Year Limited Quality Warranty will help ensure that your product(s) last for their intended use and protect you from any rare and unexpected manufacturer defects.

If your Cariloha products are defective due to faulty workmanship or materials, Cariloha warrants that, at Cariloha’s option, it will replace or repair the product. This warranty shall not apply if Cariloha determines in its reasonable discretion that the products have been damaged, abused, or neglected; it shall be reasonable without limitation to make such determination if the following are present: stains, odors, unsanitary conditions, footprints, burns, cuts, tears, pilling, insect damage or other infestation, damage from liquids or gels or body fluids or other fluids, or damage from weather or sun exposure.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear from washing and intended use. Any to-or-from transportation handling and costs and inspection costs associated with repairs or replacements are the responsibility of purchaser.

Any replacement product sent will be subject to the same limited warranty as the original Cariloha product(s), and the warranty term of the replaced Cariloha product(s) begins from the date of purchase of the original Cariloha product(s).

Fill Out a Form

Enter your information into the electronic Return Form, and you will be emailed a confirmation email with a packing list.

Pack

Please use the original packaging or a strong, corrugated box. Include all products and the packing list, and pack and tape your package securely.

Ship

Please ship via (UPS) or insured Parcel Post. Once your items have been returned your exchange or refund will be completed.

 

Once the product is received, if an exchange was requested, a new item will arrive within 12 business days. Or, if a refund was requested, a credit for the merchandise will be issued to your credit card within 5 business days (less shipping fees).
