E-Gift Card Terms & Conditions

Redeem this e-gift card only at www.cariloha.com.

Not valid at Cariloha stores or on previously purchased merchandise.

No cash value or rain checks issued.

For product returned to Cariloha that was purchased with a Cariloha e-gift card and qualifies for a refund, online store credit will be issued.

E-gift cards expire 5 years after date the card was issued.

You may not return or cancel your Cariloha e-gift card after it is received. Purchasers who wish to cancel a Cariloha e-gift card order prior to its delivery to a recipient should contact the Cariloha Customer Support.

If you suspect that someone has copied or stolen your Cariloha e-gift card, contact Cariloha Customer Support immediately. Cariloha e-gift cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen without proof of purchase. Gift cards have cash value and should be safeguarded accordingly.

You may not use a Cariloha e-gift card to purchase other Cariloha e-gift cards. Cariloha e-gift cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash, except to the extent required by law. Void if reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash.

Unused Cariloha e-gift cards may not be transferred.

Ownership and risk of loss of Cariloha e-gift card passes to the purchaser as soon as we send our confirmation to the recipient. We are not responsible for lost or stolen Cariloha e-gift cards. If you have any questions, please contact Cariloha Customer Support.

If you need assistance with any aspect of your purchase, ownership, or use of your Cariloha e-gift card, please contact Cariloha Customer Support. Please refer to your order number or email address.

If the date on which you want a Cariloha e-gift card delivered has passed and you have not received confirmation that the Cariloha e-gift card was sent, please contact the Cariloha Customer Support. Please refer to your order number or email address.

We are not responsible for Cariloha e-gift cards that are undeliverable or not received due to your failure to enter an accurate email address for the recipient. Please check to make sure the email address of the recipient is correct and contact Cariloha Customer Support if you suspect the recipient did not receive his/her Cariloha e-gift card. Should an email be returned to us due to inaccurate delivery information for the recipient, we will attempt to contact you for a valid email address.

If you have confirmed the recipient's email address but the Cariloha e-gift card has not been viewed within a reasonable period after the requested delivery date, the following is a list of the most common reasons why delivery may have failed:

  • Spam filter blocked email or routed it to a bulk/spam folder
  • Recipient's firewall blocked the email
  • Email inbox is over size limit
  • Invalid email address If a spam filter is blocking [email protected] emails from getting to an inbox, the email options will need to be modified so that [email protected] emails are not considered spam.

If you wish to add a personal message to an Cariloha e-gift card, simply type your message in the Message field on the Gift Card product page.

There is no additional charge to include a personalized message.

We don't read every gift message, but if we do find inappropriate, offensive or otherwise objectionable messages, we reserve the right to cancel them. Thanks for your cooperation.
