A Split-King comes is two pieces rather than one, with each piece being the size of a Twin XL.
Does the comfort base come with a wireless remote?
Yes, the Twin XL base comes with 1, the Queen base comes with 1, and the Split-King base comes with two, one for each side.
Can I use a regular King bed on a Split-King frame?
Yes, the two wireless remotes can be connected for synchronized adjustments.
How tall is the Cariloha Comfort Base?
Our Comfort Base comes with four piece legs with four different customizable heights: 6", 9", 12", and 15".
Will adjusting the bed wake my partner?
The Cariloha Comfort Base is designed with a silent motor system which allows you to position your adjustable bed with minimal operational noise.
Can I use any mattress on the Cariloha Comfort Base?
Any memory foam mattress will work great with our Comfort Base, but we recommend The Cariloha Mattress for the best night's sleep.
Do I need a specific bed frame to use the Comfort Base?
Our Comfort Base fits easily into most bed frames.
What is the warranty on the Comfort Base?
The Cariloha Comfort Base has a 10-year warranty
Can I return it if I don’t like it?
There is no trial period for the Comfort Base and is only returnable for quality issues.
Do you ship the Cariloha Comfort Base to Hawaii, Alaska or Canada?
At this time we only offer shipping in the contiguous U.S.
How soon will my Comfort Base ship?
We require a 2 day processing period and a 5-7 day delivery time.
