"WIN A TRIP TO MEXICO" SWEEPSTAKES

1. Sponsor

The "Win a Trip to Mexico" Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Cariloha, Inc., 280 West 10200 South, Suite 300, Sandy, Utah 84070 ("Sponsor").

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States (including the District of Columbia), except Rhode Island, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members of each, are not eligible to enter or win. Limit one (1) prize per person and per household. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Entry Period

The Sweepstakes begins on August 19, 2026 at 12:00 PM Mountain Time and ends on September 7, 2026 at 11:59 PM Mountain Time (the "Entry Period"). Entries received outside the Entry Period are void. Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

4. How to Enter

There are four (4) ways to enter during the Entry Period. Entries received through all methods are combined into a single pool for the drawing. There is no limit on the number of entries per person obtainable through the free methods of entry described below.

Purchase Entry: Entrants will automatically receive two (2) entries for every one dollar ($1.00 USD) spent on qualifying merchandise purchases at cariloha.com during the Entry Period. Entry amounts are calculated on the merchandise subtotal, excluding taxes, shipping, and applied discounts. Purchases that are cancelled or refunded do not qualify, and Sponsor reserves the right to void the associated entries. Purchase entries are credited to the email address associated with the order. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

Bonus Entry Rate: Qualifying purchases made between August 19, 2026 at 12:00 PM Mountain Time and August 28, 2026 at 11:59 PM Mountain Time will instead receive three (3) entries for every one dollar ($1.00 USD) spent. The bonus rate applies in place of, not in addition to, the standard rate.

Free Online Entry: Visit cariloha.com/mexico-trip/ and complete and submit the entry form with all required information to receive one (1) entry per submission. There is no limit on the number of form entries per person during the Entry Period. Entries must be submitted manually by the entrant; entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means are void and may result in disqualification. No opt-in to Sponsor’s marketing communications is required to enter or win.

Mail-In Entry: Alternatively, hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, phone number, email address, and date of birth on a 3″ x 5″ card and mail it with sufficient postage to: Cariloha, Inc., 280 West 10200 South, Suite 300, Sandy, Utah 84070, Attn: Customer Service Team — "Win a Trip to Mexico" Sweepstakes Entry, to receive one (1) entry. Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the Entry Period and received no later than September 17, 2026. Limit one (1) entry per outer envelope. Mechanically reproduced entries are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, postage-due, or misdirected mail.

Social Media Entry: During the Entry Period, entrants may enter via Instagram by tagging a friend in a comment on Sponsor’s official Sweepstakes post to receive one (1) entry per unique individual tagged. There is no limit on the number of social media entries per person during the Entry Period. Tagged accounts must be real, distinct, active accounts belonging to individuals other than the entrant; tags of duplicate, fake, bot, brand, or inactive accounts are void. The entrant’s Instagram account must be public or the tag otherwise visible to Sponsor for entries to be credited. Social media entries are credited based on Sponsor’s records, which are final. Following @cariloha is not required to enter or win.

5. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize: a trip for two (2) — the winner and one (1) guest of winner’s choosing — to Mexico, consisting of three (3) nights and four (4) days of hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy) at a property selected by Sponsor, and round-trip coach-class airfare for two (2) from a major U.S. airport near winner’s residence, as determined by Sponsor. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $3,000. Any difference between the ARV and the actual value of the prize will not be awarded.

Travel must be completed by Dec 31, 2027. Travel dates are designated by Sponsor at its sole discretion and are non-negotiable. Travel is subject to availability and blackout dates may apply. All travel arrangements are at Sponsor’s discretion. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of prize is permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winner is responsible for all taxes, fees, gratuities, meals, ground transportation, resort fees, travel insurance, incidentals, and other expenses not expressly stated above. Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary. Sponsor is not responsible for any travel delays, cancellations, or other disruptions beyond its control. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 to winner reflecting the ARV of the prize.

Travel Document Requirement: Winner and guest are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining a valid passport and any other documentation required for international travel to Mexico and re-entry into the United States. Failure of winner to obtain the required travel documents by the deadline specified by Sponsor, which will be no less than thirty (30) days from notification, will result in forfeiture of the prize. Failure of guest to obtain the required travel documents will result in forfeiture of the guest’s portion of the prize, with no substitute guest or compensation provided except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Guest Requirement: Guest must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, unless guest is a minor child of winner traveling with winner as parent or legal guardian. Guest, or guest’s parent or legal guardian, must sign and return Sponsor’s Guest Liability and Publicity Release prior to travel. Failure to return the required release will result in forfeiture of the guest’s portion of the prize. If guest is a minor traveling with winner as parent or legal guardian, winner is solely responsible for obtaining any additional documentation required for the minor’s international travel, including a notarized consent letter from the non-traveling parent or legal guardian if applicable. Sponsor is not responsible for denied entry, exit, or re-entry due to incomplete travel documentation.

6. Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will take place on or about October 1, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone within five (5) business days of the drawing. Entrants who enter by mail may also be notified at the mailing address provided on their entry. If the potential winner cannot be reached within five (5) business days, or if the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. Sponsor will attempt to award the prize to no more than three (3) alternate winners, after which the prize may go unawarded. The potential winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and where lawful, a Publicity Release within ten (10) business days of notification. Failure to return the required documents within the specified time period may result in forfeiture of the prize.

Social Media Participation: Where lawful, and as a condition of claiming the prize, winner agrees to participate in Sponsor’s social media content related to the prize experience. This may include being featured in posts, Stories, Reels, videos, and other content published on Sponsor’s social media accounts and marketing channels before, during, and/or after the trip. Where such participation may not lawfully be required as a condition of receiving the prize, winner’s participation is requested but not required.

8. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, uses automated, scripted, bot, or bulk entry methods, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, and in such event to award the prize from among eligible entries received prior to the action taken.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or garbled entries, or for technical or network failures of any kind. Sponsor is not responsible for any sickness, illness, injury, travel delay, or other travel-related inconvenience arising out of or related to the prize.

9. Release and Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the officers, directors, employees, and agents of each from any and all claims, damages, losses, or causes of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize, including without limitation travel to, from, and within Mexico. In no event will Sponsor be liable for more than the Approximate Retail Value of the prize.

10. Privacy

Information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at cariloha.com/help/privacy-policy.

11. Publicity

Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media worldwide without further payment or consideration. By claiming the prize, winner expressly consents to be featured in Sponsor’s social media content—including posts, Stories, Reels, and other formats across all platforms—in connection with the prize experience.

12. Disputes

Except where prohibited, as a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

14. Winner List

To obtain the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Cariloha, Inc., 280 West 10200 South, Suite 300, Sandy, Utah 84070, Attn: Customer Service Team — "Win a Trip to Mexico" Sweepstakes Winner List, or email onlineservice@cariloha.com, no later than December 7, 2026. Requests received after this date will not be honored.
