2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, excluding Rhode Island, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members are not eligible. Void in Rhode Island and where prohibited by law.

3. Entry Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on April 24, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM ET on May 10, 2026 ("Entry Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes.

4. How to Enter

Method 1 — Online Form (No Purchase Necessary): Visit cariloha.com/mom-first during the Entry Period and complete and submit the entry form with your name, email address, and zip code. You may submit the entry form as many times as you wish during the Entry Period. Each submission counts as one (1) entry.

Method 2 — Purchase Entry: Make a qualifying purchase at cariloha.com or at any participating Cariloha retail location during the Entry Period. Receive one (1) entry for every $1.00 spent (based on pre-tax purchase amount, excluding shipping and handling). For example, a $50.00 purchase earns fifty (50) entries. Retain your receipt as proof of purchase.

5. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize: A trip to Hawaii, including:

• Round-trip airfare for winner only from a major U.S. airport nearest winner's residence
• Three (3) nights / Four (4) days hotel accommodations (double occupancy, one room)
• Airport transfers for winner

Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $3,000. Winner may bring one (1) guest; however, airfare and all travel costs for the guest are the sole responsibility of the winner. Travel must be completed by the date specified at time of prize claim. Travel is subject to availability and blackout dates may apply. All travel arrangements are at Sponsor's discretion. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of prize is permitted, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Winner is responsible for all taxes, fees, gratuities, meals, incidentals, and other expenses not expressly stated above. Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary. Prize winner may be required to provide a valid passport. Sponsor is not responsible for any travel delays, cancellations, or other disruptions beyond its control.

Prize Gift Requirement: The Grand Prize trip is intended to be gifted to a mother figure in the winner's life. If the winner is themselves a mother, they may gift the trip to themselves. "Mother figure" is broadly defined and may include a birth mother, adoptive mother, stepmother, grandmother, guardian, or any person who has served in a maternal role. The identity of the intended recipient must be confirmed at the time of prize claim.

6. Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will take place on or about May 11, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone within five (5) business days of the drawing. If the potential winner cannot be reached within five (5) business days, or if the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. The potential winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and where lawful, a Publicity Release within ten (10) business days of notification. Failure to return the required documents within the specified time period may result in forfeiture of the prize.

Social Media Participation Requirement: As a condition of claiming the prize, winner agrees to participate in Sponsor's social media content related to the prize experience. This includes, but is not limited to, being featured in posts, Stories, Reels, videos, and other content published on Sponsor's social media accounts and marketing channels, before, during, and/or after the trip. Winner's participation in such content is mandatory and must be confirmed as part of the signed Affidavit and Publicity Release. Failure to agree to this requirement will result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.

8. Tax Liability

Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on the prize. Winner may be required to provide a valid Social Security Number for tax reporting purposes. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC for the ARV of the prize if required by law.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for: (i) lost, late, incomplete, damaged, misdirected, or illegible entries; (ii) any technical malfunctions; or (iii) any injury or damage to persons or property.

10. Privacy

Any personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used only in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at cariloha.com/privacy-policy.

11. Publicity

Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes winner's consent to Sponsor's use of winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media worldwide without further payment or consideration. By claiming the prize, winner expressly consents to be featured in Sponsor's social media content — including posts, Stories, Reels, and other formats across all platforms — in connection with the prize experience.

12. Disputes

Except where prohibited, as a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.

13. Winner List
