Cariloha.com is happy to guarantee all of our merchandise. Purchases made online can be returned for a full refund or exchange using the instructions below. For purchases made in a store, we offer an exchange for items in our online store, or you may contact the store directly about a refund.
If you're not completely satisfied with your online purchase, return it to us for either a prompt exchange or a refund for the entire purchase amount, less shipping charges.
Please note that all return items must be returned within 90 days of the purchase date.
Follow these 3 steps to prepare your return:
1. Fill out an electronic Return Form . Enter your information into the electronic Return Form, and you will be emailed a confirmation email with a packing list once you hit submit. Please include your packing list in the box when you send your item back to us.
• Please use the original packaging or a strong, corrugated carton.
• Include all products and the packing list, and pack and tape your package securely. If you don’t have a way to print the packing list, please make sure to include the RMA # from the packing list for us to reference.

For tracking purposes, it is important that you ship your package via United Parcel Service (UPS) or insured Parcel Post. (We cannot accept C.O.D.) Any product lost in shipping is the responsibility of the sender.
Once the product is received, if an exchange was requested, a new item will arrive within 12 business days. Or, if a refund was requested, a credit for the merchandise will be issued to your credit card within 5 business days (less shipping fees).
