Cariloha.com is happy to guarantee all of our merchandise. Purchases made online can be returned for a full refund or exchange using the instructions below. For purchases made in a store, we offer an exchange for items in our online store, or you may contact the store directly about a refund.
If you're not completely satisfied with your online purchase, return it to us for either a prompt exchange or a refund for the entire purchase amount, less shipping charges.
Please note that all return items must be returned in their original packaging or equivalent within 60 days of the purchase date and have the original packing slip.

Follow these 2 steps to prepare your return:
1. Pack.
- Please use the original packaging or a strong, corrugated carton.
- Include all products, and pack and tape your package securely.
- All international duty fees must be pre-paid by the sender.
- Any product damaged or lost in shipping is the responsibility of the sender.

2. Ship. For tracking purposes, it is important that you ship your package via United Parcel Service (UPS) or insured Parcel Post. (We cannot accept C.O.D.)
3. Once the product is received, a credit for the merchandise will be issued to your credit card within 10 business days (less shipping fees).
