“I wanted to commend the General Manager of the Bridgetown, Barbados Cariloha store for her excellent handling of our recent in store customer service issue. We experienced a customer service issue when visiting the store and immediately left. After considering the issue, I felt that the Store Mgr. deserved to know why the store missed out on a sale.
Upon return to the store, we were treated with understanding and respect by Leandre Culpepper and she did everything she could to make the situation right. We ended up buying a set of King Cal Sheets and two sets of towels. We have received the items and are delighted with them.
